5 units are for sale but there is no sign in the yard and it is listed as owner financed... This isn't very likely, so I wont chat with them, either someone is throwing it out as an idea for some of the other units down texan maybe or you can have a game but look out for out and out fraud.... I don't know but I would be concerned that it could be a possibility as an investor..

The way to play this is some idiot will call people we work with alcoholics and say they are supposed to bring their confidence down, but from what I see it is a good time to buy mcd shares and out of the three articles I saw two where buy recommendations and same store sales were up only 4.7 percent instead of 5%... I have recieved one raise from them and I have some nice cap gains already and the dividend goes up every year...

The term is a stock charting term when you have crossed the 200 day moving average (from memory so if there is a reader you should look it up) it would look like an x probily on the chart... hardly seems like the most likely place you are to get hit by a car.. I feel that chick there, her odd behavior a few years ago as just being things roleplayed from that area... Not sure why that should have anything to do with me. I am hearing abuse about a very small stock position, some anti-war statements and sexual abuse that would be condusive to male prostitution... Plus there is the drug angle that you have in prostitution becuase you are supposed to do drugs because you hear voices........ flo has moved into my buy range at 1.06% of my portfolio average price down 20 cents from what I have paid for it in September of last year and a 10% higher dividend... It may go back up, but I have a new investment to send the account up xom... Otherwise I go into the stocks I already have that have dipped bellow 1% of my assets. I have 4 minor amounts that are in my soon to be ex category and one that is decent sized for reinvestment purposes

It is hard to tell if electric cars are going to be exciting enough quick enough... I supose that most of them are not coming out until 2011-2012 ... and alot of those are going to be available to fleets only.. The goal would be to go into select utilities slowly... div achiever utilities are the best...

I just bought 6 shares of exxon-mobile for deversification purposes.. I maybe able to dollar cost average into a better average price later.. next buys go something like this (for rebalancing purposes we add on to positions)..

cht (pays once a year I think)
nzt (new zeland telephone pays quaterly)
pbr (doesn't pay much but hits two months and moves with oil prices)
flo (flowers if it drops below 1% of my portfolio or if I can average prices down possibly soon and it should raise div every year and pay quarterly)

dollar cost averaging into..

ora (best one to buy more of to average the price down... they will have the equipment back generating money some day and pay quarterly)
jnj (If the price drops but it may not....it is close to what I paid for it friday but still above)
dt (I don't want to much dt as a percentage of my portfolio so I won't go above 5%)

under alot of conditions I will move into dividend achiever electric companies as a long term plays because electric cars are going to be a slow roleout)

The black guy appears to be leaving odd things in the bathroom but there is no way to know for sure. Including drug parifinalia, I had called the landlord sunday and she stuck her finger prints all over it and during the discussion it was mentioned that he was less likely to be a drug addict because he goes to church, The registered rapist is afraid to look into the bathroom probily because he knows something is wrong, I tend to believe the story though it is less likely to be about drugs and more likely to be about a sex problem that is advertised on the internet (refered to as some as a registered pervert)... It looks like it is a game to put survailence in the bathroom and then possibly bring children into the bathroom (He has a friend and her kids that use that bathroom)
