scottrade gets sneaky backdating the prime??

I just recently made some changes to my account getting rid of a chinese mutual fund and buying 200 shares or xm mostly on margin. I have been paying down the margin a little bit through dividends and out of my paycheck and by selling the options. It apears that scottrade waited for the prime to go up and then backdated the interest payment. (came out to about $17 apox average over $3,000 for 24 days).
