The corpus christi caller times reports that 15 get arrested for graphiti. They claim the people they arrested are taggers meaning that they see what they are doing as being artistic.. I don't think we are looking at the same graphiti.. The caller times says there are twenty more people that are being investigated at the moment. They claim that the people involved are spray painting thier street names, I even thought I saw one with an adress listed on it.. It is possible that they are copy caters to some of the gang instruction stuff. It may be possible to use people like that by 'naming them' This is you gmac here have some spray paint..
