conspiracy to throw garbage down the sewer
some overweight black guy probably late 30's early 40's is on the bad side of the south side throwing garbage in the sewer (carol lane close to holly to be precise) ... Looks like he drives a truck or at least the chick that drove him there is in a truck.. some dispute about garbage in the truck caused this. Maybe with a little luck it can be a conspiracy to throw garbage in the sewer and we can have cleaner air by having the government take his truck.. We are hoping to deport him and his garbage to another part of town..... more graffiti.... art is not war... what is this person thinking.. lets see... art street is where the county jail is and..... what war is he talking about... drug war maybe he wont be able to inhale fumes in jail....
