flo has moved into my buy range at 1.06% of my portfolio average price down 20 cents from what I have paid for it in September of last year and a 10% higher dividend... It may go back up, but I have a new investment to send the account up xom... Otherwise I go into the stocks I already have that have dipped bellow 1% of my assets. I have 4 minor amounts that are in my soon to be ex category and one that is decent sized for reinvestment purposes
